Yes. Nigerian notaries appointed by the Supreme Court are recognized by embassies and global institutions.

Q2: I live abroad. Can I still notarize?

It depends. In many cases the signer of the document must appear before me and I must verify photo identification. In any case my jurisdiction is limited to certification within Nigeria. But we specialize in helping diaspora Nigerians with drafting PoAs, affidavits, and more — 100% online.

Q3: What if I need in-person service?

You may visit our Kabba office or request mobile service in Abuja or Lagos (by discussion).

Q4: Can you help prepare the document too?
